Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders

We are proud to offer completely free standard shipping on all domestic orders - no minimum spend, no conditions. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing added at the end.

Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

          Standard Domestic Shipping: 5 to 8 business days after dispatch

          Express Domestic Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after dispatch (additional charges may apply)

          International Shipping: 10 to 21 business days after dispatch (rates and availability vary by destination country)

Please note that delivery time estimates are guides only. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier volumes, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our direct control.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a carrier tracking number. You can use this number to check the live status of your delivery directly on the carrier's tracking page. If you have any trouble locating your tracking information, please contact us and we will help right away.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Ellis Enterprises 1, Inc is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you spot an error in your address immediately after placing your order, please email us at Edwardellis12@icloud.com as quickly as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order is dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

International Orders

We are happy to ship internationally to many countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply to their order upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are determined entirely by local customs authorities.
